Deal alert: Best Xperia Z3 Compact price: pre-order drops from ₤429 to ₤348.......!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sony's excellent Xperia Z3 Compact has only just gone up for pre-ordering in the UK and it has already gone on sale. The Xperia Z3 deal, offered through a couple of online retailers, drops the Xperia Z3 Compact price from 429 GBP to just 348 GBP. That's a massive 80 GBP discount and it's still on pre-order! According to Amazon UK, the Z3 Compact will be available on September 29th.

Whether this is a permanent price drop from the two retailers I found the price on or just a temporary thing is anyone's guess. Regardless, if you're in the market for a high-end smartphone that's not the size of a school book then now is the time to buy this phone. The Z3 Compact is a great little device with all the power and internals as its larger brother the Xperia Z3.

In our hands-on Xperia Z3 Compact review we were impressed by how great it feels and how good the performance is. Usually when holding a phone of this size its either really slow or its an iPhone, so having a smaller screened Android will full on internal specs is a pleasure. We only wish more OEMs would follow suit.
